This Humanitarian Girls Society (HuGS) is going to be amazing! There were 12 moms at the planning meeting and there were so many great ideas. We have around 40 girls who have expressed interest in participating. If the enthusiasm we felt at the planning meeting is any indication, we have a great experience to look forward to.

We will have a short devotional to inspire our efforts, and the girls will get to know each other a bit. We will also have a chance to work on hat looms with the looms and yarn provided if you don't already have your own.
BRING FABRIC DONATIONS THIS DAY. We are collecting quilting fabric for our quilting bee and also for the Days for Girls project. For the latter we need pretty cotton prints for bags (no animals) that would appeal to young girls. We need bright/dark colored flannels and cotton prints for hygiene items.
